Fulfillment & Shipping Times

At Gearel, every product is made to order. Most items are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days in the US.

Please note, this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Split Shipments

Because our products are made in different fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, the order will be returned to the facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is provided.
