At GEAREL, every product is made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

This address should be used only for product returns.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll work with our print partner to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Lost in transit: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery estimate. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost.
Marked as delivered but not received: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office first. Since carriers mark these as “successfully delivered,” we cannot guarantee a replacement. However, reach out and we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.
Delayed orders: Shipping times can be affected by high order volumes, customs, or carrier issues. We’ll monitor tracking updates and keep you informed.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed. Please double-check your address at checkout. Incorrect addresses are the most common reason for delivery issues.
Orders returned because they weren’t claimed at delivery will be held for 30 days. After that, they may be donated to charity. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@gearel.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
